How it works

A coin on pump.fun. A streamer on TikTok. Fees become gifts.

Every coin launched through Clipd locks 100% of its creator fees to one treasury wallet on chain. The treasury claims those fees on a schedule and turns the streamer's share into TikTok LIVE gifts, sent from the Clipd TikTok account while the streamer is on air, with the coin's ticker in chat. The streamer installs nothing and signs nothing.

1 · TradePeople buy and sell the coin on pump.fun. Every trade pays a creator fee into the coin's vault.
2 · ClaimThe treasury sweeps every vault above 0.01 SOL every 5 min. On chain, 100% goes to the treasury.100%
3 · Split80% is credited to the streamer named in the description. 20% is queued to buy back and burn $CLIPD.80/20
4 · Live checkEvery 60 s we check whether the streamer is live on TikTok. Balances wait while they are offline.
5 · GiftLive and balance ≥ $5: the Clipd account joins, sends the balance as gifts and comments the ticker.

Launching a coin

Go to Launch, connect a Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare or Backpack), type the streamer's TikTok handle, the coin's name, ticker and image, and confirm. One wallet prompt signs two transactions:

  1. Create — pump.fun's create_v2 mints the token on a fresh bonding curve (with an optional dev buy in the same transaction).
  2. Lock the fees — pump.fun's fee-sharing program creates the coin's sharing_config and sets its shareholders to exactly one address, the Clipd treasury, at 10,000 bps (100%). That call also revokes the config's authority, so the split can never be changed again, not even by the creator.

After both land, the coin is registered here and its page opens. Launching costs the usual pump.fun creation fee plus rent for the 1,024-byte config and network fees.

Already launched somewhere else?

If a coin already points 100% of its fees at the treasury and its description contains the line below, paste its mint on Explore → Register. It is listed only after the config is verified on chain.

What is locked on chain

Creator fees on pump.fun accrue to a per-coin vault owned by the pump program. With a sharing_config, that vault can only be paid out to the shareholders written in the config, proportionally to their share_bps. Clipd coins have one shareholder:

sharing_config (pfeeUxB6jkeY1Hxd7CsFCAjcbHA9rWtchMGdZ6VojVZ)
  status Active
admin_revoked true ← nobody can edit the shareholders again
  shareholders [ { treasury, 10000 bps } ]

Anyone can verify this on Solscan by opening the sharing-config account of a coin, and every coin page shows the decoded shareholders under Details. The treasury cannot redirect fees to a different wallet without launching a new coin, and the creator cannot claw them back.

The description line

The payout worker finds the streamer through one line written into the token's description at launch:

Fees to tiktok.com/@handle via Clipd
Watch live: https://www.tiktok.com/@handle/live

Handles are TikTok usernames (letters, numbers, dots and underscores). If a coin's description names no TikTok handle, it cannot be registered. The handle is fixed at launch: a coin cannot be re-pointed to a different streamer later.

Claims and the split

Every 5 minutes the worker reads every coin's vault. Vaults above 0.01 SOL are claimed with pump.fun's permissionless distribute_creator_fees_v2 (after sweeping AMM-side fees with transfer_creator_fees_to_pump_v2 for graduated coins). The SOL lands in the treasury and is booked at that moment's SOL price:

A streamer with several coins has one balance; gifts are attributed to the coin with the most unspent fees.

Gifts on TikTok

TikTok has no API for sending gifts, so Clipd gifts the way a viewer does: one TikTok account, named CLIPD, with coins bought on tiktok.com/coin. When a streamer is live and their balance is at least $5, the account opens the live, watches for a bit, sends the balance as gifts (largest gifts first, up to $500 per live session) and posts one comment:

🎁 $12 in creator fees from $SPEED via $CLIPD

The streamer sees CLIPD sent Galaxy on screen, the room sees the ticker in chat, and the diamonds go to the streamer's TikTok balance like any other gift. Every gift is logged with the coin, the amount, the gifts sent and a screenshot, on Donations.

What a gift looks like

A gift's size follows the balance. The bot picks the biggest gifts the balance buys, so small balances are Roses and Unicorns, big ones are Galaxies, Lions and Universes:

🌹 Rose1 coin · the first ping 🦄 Unicorn99 coins · chat notices 🌌 Galaxy1,000 coins · full-screen animation 🦁 Lion29,999 coins · the clip 🪐 TikTok Universe44,999 coins · everyone sees it

TikTok's gift catalogue and prices change by region; the bot reads the catalogue live from the room before choosing.

Held balances

If the streamer is not live, their balance waits and keeps growing. The moment they go live, the whole balance goes out (up to the per-session cap). If a streamer does not go live for 14 days after their first fees arrive, the held balance is moved to the $CLIPD buyback and the coin page says so. Balances are shown on Donations → Held balances.

The $CLIPD buyback

20% of every claim, plus any balance released after 14 days, buys $CLIPD on the open market in SOL and burns it with the SPL Token burn instruction, removing it from supply. Buys and burns are on chain and listed on Donations → Buybacks. Until the token exists, the buyback share is queued and shown as pending.

For streamers

You do not need to do anything. You will see an account called CLIPD send gifts during your live with a comment naming a coin. Those gifts are real TikTok gifts: the diamonds are yours and you cash them out through TikTok like any other. You were not asked, and you are not involved with the coin: someone in your audience launched it, and its trading fees are what paid for the gift. If you would rather not receive them, tell us on X and we stop gifting your account.

FAQ

Can the treasury keep the fees instead of gifting?

On chain, yes: 100% of the fees reach the treasury wallet. That is why every claim, every gift and every buyback is published on Donations with signatures and screenshots, so the split is auditable end to end.

Why not send the streamer SOL?

Because a wallet transfer nobody sees is not a moment. A gift on the live fires an animation in front of the whole room, with the coin's name next to it.

Can a coin be re-pointed to another streamer?

No. The handle lives in the token's description, which is immutable, and the fee lock cannot be edited.

What if TikTok restricts the gifting account?

Balances are never lost: they stay booked to the streamer and go out once gifting resumes. Gifting is paced like a human viewer precisely to avoid that.

What does launching cost?

pump.fun's creation fee, rent for the 1,024-byte sharing config, priority fees, and whatever dev buy you choose. The launch page shows the treasury and the exact steps before you sign.

Is Clipd affiliated with pump.fun or TikTok?

No.
